What We Do
Interior design, custom furniture, lighting and acoustics, and art and branding — drawn, specified, and overseen by the same team from the first sketch to the final switch. The drawings never leave the studio, and neither do the decisions.
The full arc of a project, from the first conversation to the moment the doors open. We study the room, the operator, and the guest; we draw the concept, the plans, the joinery, and the specifications; and we stay on site through the build until the last detail is where it should be. One studio, one drawing set, one accountable team — through concept, detail, documentation, and supervision.
Most of the furniture in a Borco project is drawn for the room it sits in. We design the pieces, produce them, review the samples, and track the production to the day it arrives on site — then we stay for the install. FF&E specification, sampling, logistics, and after-sales are handled in-house because a chair only works if it arrives on time and in the right place.
A room is a quiet instrument. We tune it. Architectural lighting sets the mood, decorative lighting holds the eye, and the sound system — from the speakers to the playlist — is engineered so the room feels alive at twelve noon and at midnight. Every circuit, every dimmer, every track is drawn and specified to match the way the space is meant to be used.
The story of a place is written before the first guest arrives. We develop the narrative, the name, and the visual language of a restaurant or hotel alongside the room itself, so the brand and the interior are drawn in the same hand. Artwork is commissioned or curated with intention; brand guidelines, menus, and investor books are designed in-house to carry the same voice.
